An Israeli Constitution?

Not only does it seem that there is significant movement towards the drafting of an Israeli constitution, but it seems that non-Israeli Jewish legal experts will be involved.
Personally, I think the constitution should be inclusive of all Jews, world-wide, and not only ratified by the citizens of Israel. If Israel truly wants to represent itself as the Jewish State, or a State of the Jews–either way–it should put more power in the hands of the Diaspora community.
